I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY HAVE I RECEIVED ONLY ONE?

Our clothing is made to order. Though we try, in every case, to have full orders dispatched together, it can sometimes be the case where items will be dispatched separately. 
 

I ORDERED AN ITEM A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO, WHY HASN'T IT BEEN SHIPPED YET?

SAMA clothing items are created especially for you (reducing waste) & takes 2-5 working days to create.

We know you're excited to receive your item asap, but we appreciate your patience whilst we make your product just for you.

MY PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED AND SMELLS OF VINEGAR.  

All inks used in our manufacturing are water based and Eco-friendly.

When unpacking a new shirt you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent is used to help the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
